  3. Pre-heat the oven 150-180 degrees. Add the white wine and let it all cook for 2-3 minutes, until the alcohol starts to evaporate. Then add the saffron and the paprika, but put the heat to the minimum so that the paprika does not get burnt. Add a tablespoon of breadcrumbs and mix it all.
  4. Take the oven tray and put the raw clean scallops on it. Add one tablespoon of what we have been preparing (onion + garlic + tomato, etc.). On top, add a thin layer of breadcrumbs.
  5. Put them in the oven at around 150 degrees for about 5 minutes (10 in the case of normal size scallops). At the end, when there are 1-2 minutes left, put the oven in the gratin position (at approximately 200 degrees), making sure they do not get burnt. Serve them hot, and enjoy a lot!!.
